Barry had his own thread a long time ago but he never posted in it. It was a bunch of fan boys talking to themselves, arguing about who Barry loved more, and discussing the price of his rookie card. It was kind of creepy to be honest.
In other news, it's nice to see so many different chassis represented well at the worlds. Parity is alive and well in the R/C car market, contrary to what the stock and 19T results from the US would lead you to believe.

Well done to all the Britts for cleaning up at the 2006 Worlds
Both drivers showed great skill and nerve against a top class field hold your head up high.........You are the men
As for the rest of the world............
They Came
They Tried
They faild
But my Respect goes out to all of you for your efforts.
For me the biggest hand has to go to Paul and Truspeed for taking on the Might of Orion and getting a well deserved 3rd

Congratulations to Andy Moore bringing home the touring car worlds title.
Great result for the Brits bringing home the bacon in both class's and TQ in both as well.
Stunning results and both worthy winners.
On a side note any team swop between 2 ex-world touring car champs?? Was a rumour i heard before the worlds on these forums.

some guys didnt want to buy another set of tires for the finals, dirk wischnewski for example. he drove every final but his times were cancelled after each run so it looks like he did not race them. maybe some of the us drivers did the same?? its a very stupid rule that you HAVE to buy new tires for the finals, the older ones from the quali heats are not allowed.....really stupid!!!
