Elboogie, you say that the tracking number gives details the package arrived in the US on the 12th, how can this be TiR's fault. 'Out of good will' he may re-send your order, otherwise it would be to claim off the postal company for lose of goods.
I'm not defending TiR but I have used them and only by telephone and the goods have always arrived within a week if in stock.
Of course the tracking number says that it arrived in the US but according to Royal Post (who I emailed as well) stated that the order didn't arrive so I emailed them (TIR)to try and straighten it out but to no avail.. When you have cusotmers sending you emails and you don't respond to them and then that person doesn't get the item, I don't care who you are, you are going to get ticked. when you send a total of 20 emails
and none of them are answered then that will tick anyone off as well. I have been cordial in all of my emails that I have sent them. Honestly, if they emailed back and told me to go screw myself, I would have had more respect for them than to NOT ANSWER MY EMAILS AT ALL.
As far as telephone, I don't know where you live but it would cost me just as much for me to call the UK from the US for one phone call than I paid for my order so unless someone has a phone card that I can borrow, that isn't a option.
All I am saying is that I thought that I was the only one. That is why I am ticked off. Like I said, it's not the money because I have that , it is the principal.
Like i said in my earlier post, if you have ordered from them and you received your order, then continue to order form them. Once again, I thought I was the only one with the issue but eveidently that is not the case. i do have the ability to look at a situation and if I am the only one with the problem, then the problem may be me. But when you have as many people complain about not getting orders as I have seen on this thread......Like Arsenio Hall use to say....

I am not the type of person that bashes companies because I truly love RC racing. They probably are a great company because I see factory guys ordering from them but then again if you get an order From Masami, that is a little different than the average joe order.
I will leave it up to you guys because like I said, I am not bashing, but I did want to post my experience with the company. I would love for them to resend the order but that cant be done if they are not answering my emails.
