In the pictures, the servo is sometimes mounted gear facing the front, and others where it is rotated 90 degrees. Which way will the steering work out? Or is there the supreme possibility of both?

Yes the steering horn will allow you to mount it in both! and left or right of the chassis!

I think we have covered it all but maybe not please do ask Question if you need to know ok.

or if you feel something else would work better let us know.

This has got to be a first! where you get to see a prototype from birth to production and see what comes from testing at the track and racing! R&D testing is what will make this car one of the best and we have some good people working with us and if you see the car at the track remeber it is a prototype and let us know what you think of it here ok.
And if you are lucky and can Track down our drivers! (YELLOW SHIRT) MLP ON IT! Ask him if you can hot lap it! J/K that is up to the driver for anything he damages he pays to fix it J/K

I've seen couple of different steering setup X-ray and Tamiya style what are you guys planning to stick with?

But personally I like the tamiya ones.

I'm assuming the single bolt top decks were done for the purpose of allowing chassis flex, but what about drivers or track conditions that don't need that much flex? I don't see optional holes the the motor mount bulk head to allow the use of optional top decks. Also, in a high speed front or rear collision, those narrow decks will probably have a high failure rate. Just my observations ok. Please don't take as negative ok. I applaud your efforts ok.

patrick Hi Thank you

First let me say good point, Here is what I have found when you undo the screw and nut at the back of the car you do get a little flex about 3 to 4 mm

Now if you re -Tighten the screws there is little to almost no flex and for Track conditions where one would not want any flex I have cut 2 extra upper chassis plates and they will mount as the ones in the pictures do but they will also have outter Aluminum post(if you look at the front you can see a start of it) but we will go a little wider. like they say wider is better and this will give you what your looking for.

Thank you

We welcome all supporters of the hobby (and especially supporters of MLP!!) to come out to the event. If you want to hang out with Team MLP, you must provide sandwiches and juiceboxes for all.
It's going to be a great event, you guys should all try and make it out. There's going to be some damn good racing!!!
