lol that sucks I can't afford boxes of batts. damn this is hard trying to decide I'm pretty much still stuck in the Nirto/Electric choice just trying to find there pros and cons of each and go form there

You only really 5 to 7 packs, you could get away with 4 or 3 if you only race club (3 heats and a final).

Go to your local race track say hi to the race director say your intrested in getting into the hobby and where do i start he may know where you can puchase second hand race gear for knock down prices.

if you have a really limited budget look at running a 1/12th scale they are much faster and cheaper to run. They also mae you a very good driver if you can smooth and fast with 1/12th you can be fast with anything else..
