Are there companies out there that build and sell 6 cell packs from IB4200's for use in a TC?

Most companies offer the service even if they do not list it as an option on their websites. For instance, Peak Racing/Team Orion USA now assemble s packs free of charge with the purchase of the battery and bars.

Yes there are several. SMC and Promatch I know do for sure. SMC sells a preassembled economy pack for $59.99. Numbers are between 1.230-1.239 with run times of 420+ and IR of 1.4-1.5

It depends what kind of packs you are looking for. Stick packs with fit in most newer RTR's, but the pro level Sedans only take the side-by-side packs. I'm pretty sure that Trinity makes pre-assembled stick packs and side-by-side's, but I think SMC does too. There has gotta' be hundreds of reputable matchers out there that make good packs, but it all depend on how many you want, what you need them for (competitive racing, bashing, etc.), and how much you want to spend.
