I use the 'Factory Team' version and think they're great,

They have good voltage levels which I need for stock racing and even after a session on the Spintec, when I put them on the equaliser, the lights go out a short while later within a few seconds of each other.

When racing they were noticably better than the 3700's I was previously using.

Err no
they are only IB`s in a diffirent shrink ,Also they use there `own` figure`s so you can`t compare with other decent matchers

zippen has the novalty idea of logging to there site with a key no. for your cells & you can see the recorded data for that particuler pk of cells
but at $42.00 not bad
but like i said 42`s is where it stop`s for now

you racing stock or mod ??

i am running mod. at the moment i am running a Tamiya Dyna Run 13x2. but that is only in TCS.

i run a Team Brood 9x2 in our open mod class

yes i did see that on RCMushroom.

i can get the 4200's at my LHS for about $82. so price wise the 3800's are much cheaper.

so Mr Jolly, would the 4200's be a good choice for what i want to run?

42`s it is
it`s the runtime your after so 42`s are just fine

only tray these down to .09v & just charge @ 6 amp linear charge
so deadshorting or funny stuff like that

is it easy to get batts from the states or is it a lot of hassel getting through custom`s & all or is it more expensive

i haven't ordered any stuff from the states yet. so far i have only brought in stuff from HK. but believe me when i say that it is a hellava lot cheaper for me to buy my stuff over in HK or the States compared to my LHS.

so all i do is run the 42's and straight after that tray them. no need to do a dump or 20A discharge???

it` s allright us brit`s are in the same boat lot`s cheaper in HK , but i still buy from the LHS though with most bit`s
charge them , discharge with the 20a down to 0.09v then tray them before you race again ,proberly need to tray them to keep your runtime up
should be looking at around 460sec r/t on 35a dis this is EAmotors one, but nearly all matchers are the same
