need gear ratio help for my xray evo2
Hey guys im having probs getting my car as fast as it was before i ran mod,
I ran stock originally,my car went heaps fast,then raced mod,changed pinion,now racing stock again with same motor etc and isnt going near as fast.
I need the pinion size for my 93 tooth kimbrough spur,epic 27t stock 24degrees,sorex 32's and internally standard evo2.
I dont wanna know the gear ratio! i just need to know the best pinion size i can use.
Oh and its 48 pitch.

You sure it is just not your perception of speed since you were runing mod for awhile? I have done the samething and have heard people say the samething. Try running against other stock cars and see how it is. I doubt there is anything wrong with your car or motor. More then likely it is just as fast as before, just does not seem like it, imo.
