I have been using the knuckles for a few weeks with no issues. They fit just like the stock ones did.

I just installed the Woven Fibre (silver color) main, upper deck, front and rear shock towers from 3racing. First of all, the WF parts fitted exactly, and secondly, the car felt lighter and more nimble as compared to when I was on the stock chassis. I am very happy with the result.

Yeah (bxpitbull) im definitely not happy about these 3racing bulkheads. Ive now got genuine hotbodies bulkheads and spent about 2 hours earlier swapping them in and out with the 3racing ones.

There is definitely something wrong but i cant work it out exactly.

Using digital vernier calipers it looks like that it is ok but i think what is happening is the way they have been manufactured there is something catching on the sides and there is not enough room between the two bulkheads which squeezes the bearings up against the part which catches. That probably doesnt make much sense im hoping to post some photos later to explain what i mean.

I posted comments on the 3racing forum and they tried to say that plastic parts are inaccurate and I replied that if that were the case hot bodies might as well not make any plastic replacement parts because they were implying they could all be different.

It would be nice if 3racing could check it over and admit if there were some kind of problem and recall the parts if defective but i doubt that would happen. I would be interested in hearing from any other people that have the 3racing bulkheads?

Padailey how did you end up going with those bulkheads?

Well I never did have the 3racing bulkheads (maybe I wasn't clear on that) but I did have something in the drivetrain binding. I just kinda loosened things up and retightened and it got a little better. But the drivetrain had been tighter than I thought it should have been. I did get the 3racing diffs and universals and replaced the front (rears coming). Man what a difference... they fit great and really loosened things up! We'll see how they hold up... so far so good... had a very hard hit the other night and broke the top deck in 4 places and sheered off the steering linkage, but nothing else broke. I thought it kinda odd to break those pieces and nothing else expecially considering how bad the crash was. At least 3racing gives you different standoffs when you get the main chassis so I was able to go back to the "S" top deck.

So how do you check/fix if the chassis is tweaked?

Default Parts Needed for Spool Set Up on Cyclone

He fellas, what parts will I need in order to run a front spool on my Cyclone? Can anyone please list them and their parts numbers so that I make sure to order them this week, ASAP. I'll be running brushless 4.5R as usual, so need the parts that can handle that power and more...thanks million!

Default Xray T2 Parts and Cyclone

FYI: Xray T2 front steering knuckles and hubs work nicely with the Cyclone. We have found them to be a bit stronger, too, and gives a bit better steering and ackerman.

Dont know about the parts for the spool, i think with the new moore-speed edition there is not a third type of spool.

However, i had problems when i installed a front one way that the centre pulley to the front belt kept getting stripped. I think this was due to stresses from crashes and expect the spool could do the same thing.

If you are looking to upgrade from the plastic centre pulleys you need to get these:
1 x HB70743 (Direct Layshaft)
1 x HB70711 (Spur Gear Hub)
2 x HB70725 (16T Direct Pulley)

Oh, it looks like the centre pulleys dont come with grub screws.

So you need to add two of those...

The 3racing topdeck comes with washers but, as i have the bottom deck as well, I dont recall using them.

I assume you have a genuine HB Upper Deck but maybe this might help?

Can someone point me in the right direction for what pinion/spur gears to use? I am just planning on running a 540 silver an for the moment. I read tat it might be better to go to 48 pitch rather than 64 pitch spur that some in the kit. Any help would be appreciated.
