How would a fan do anything to the battarys performance ? I've been using one to cool my battarys down before I recharge them, does that matter? Can I use a fan when I'm discharging my cells?

i would think it would be fine during discharging. just during charging because as the cells warm up from nearing their peak resistance drops.

Mort, you can get the Reedy Quasar Pro at Modelsport UK for 200. It does everything you need it to do (AC/DC too)

I've shopped at modelsport many times before, they have very good service

Thanks spaz,
I'll look into getting a discharger for the girlfriend to use seeing as she will end up with my old charger and batteries

Thanks LouisB
i'll check it out. Can it do single cells such as AAs?
If not anyone know of a tray device i could get that holds 4 AAs at a time?

Yeah Modelsport are pretty good, i got my MR4 Worlds from them with 120 off
