Default What are opinions on the Pulsar 2?

I'm looking to get a new charger, and really like the Pulsar 2. Currently I use the Duratrax ICE and it works great, but I'd like to go all AE in elctronics. What are some opinons on the Pulsar 2? Also can you show some pics or your setup at the track or in the shop.

Thanks
RH

Pulsar 2 is very good and handy in use charger. I have used mine for a couple off months and have to admit that I like it very much.

Excellent charger, absolutely zero complaints. I had two, then upgraded one to a GFX but still use the second one every race day.

The only thing I don't like about the Pulsar 2 is the peak sensitivity is only adjustable in 5mV increments/decrements.

That sound ok to me adjusting the sensivity in 5mV increments. Also I have question, how bright is the LCD? I want a charger with the rightest display as possible.

Thanks

I have one and will probaly sell one of my gfx's to get another. They do what the gfx does, but in a samller package. If they could only discharge at a higher rate it would be awesome. I find the screens to be bright enought but i race indoors.

The screen can in some conditions be a bit too bright, the characters sometimes disappear a bit but it's still readable. Anyhow it's a great charger!

traded my outdated tekin for a pulsar loved it so much I got a pulsar 2 to keep each other company...

Screen well the pulsar is a bit dimmer than the puslar 2 however both are read-able in every condition or just look for the center blue light to be on or off

as for the lack off discharge'n skillz well I got a gfx for that... bit much however I can now charge 3 packs at the sametime if I want to or peak two and discharge one. A cheeper alturnative would be the integy 0-30. just keep an eye on them lights.
