And EvoIV uses EvoIII diff outdrives. TB02, TB02R, TB EvoIII and TB EvoIV all use the same diff outdrive.

As for your diff question, it won't help. You'll probably find the pressure in the diff changes during it's rotation with balls missing.

With regard to the gear slipping... could be a diff issue, rebuild it and see what happens.

hey guys,
i got another problem with my diff , when i was driving it lasted for about 1 minute, then when i brake the car would just roll freely, and i was only running FWD. I figured out the screw holding the diff together came loose, but if i tighten it, it would work for a minute or so then just does the same thing over and over.........any solutions?
