I've been chatting to JAAD racing guys about this, this is what they had to say
We do have a TB Evo5 designed and scheduled for production but we need more market research before we get the final go ahead.
So, send them an email (sales[at]jaadracing[dot]com) saying you want one... and hopefully they'll make some sooner rather than later

BTW, their spool (with alloy outdrives) and diff halves for the 415 are top quality, so pretty sure one for the Evo would be good too.

I'll be there sunday, no worries... both cars are built now with carpet spec in mind, so the option of belt or shaft I have a nice big comfy chair too...

O-rings in shocks, more pack I believe. You effectively puch the diaprahm (sp?) into the oil, making it more resistant to loading. Makes the shocks more responsive.
Personally, I've been using my shocks built as Mr Spashett advised me. 3hole/60wt/no foam or o-ring. Makes for a smooth shock, that helps stabilise the car on carpet. Outdoors, I reckon the O-rings might be a good call...

Hi Ed

I had a search around for David Jun's bearing advise. Are you referring to cleaning out the lube and re-oiling? If something different any chance of a link please.

Cheers

degrease the bearings fully, 1 drop of the lightest oil you can find. I use Zubak speed lube and make sure the bearings do not bind up or are pinched by any other part/housing. Thats it

Why would you run a softer spring in the front?

it's for carpet with foam tires xxpinkorange and xxpink, itried running gray in rear and maroon in front but car was too snappy, also both maroons works well too. also no stabilizer bars on the rear and still using just the stock bars in the front, you might want to position your rear shocks four holes from rear "if" your track set up is smooth.
