Memo
rear links to be made longer
use 55wt oil up front
reconnect rear roll bar (kit one)
i see it as using soft springs i can make use of roll bars to help in corners !!

wheel base is as Kit front & back
camber link holes on bulkhead is Kit
shock length`s 62mm
race this friday (only made D final more to do with health then car) so don`t worry

front
x-ray 25ilb
second hole in on tower

rear
disconnected rollbar
x-ray 25ilb
hole `C` on Hub (made longer) like this
took .5mm shim out on Hub aswell

car could easily stay with the TQ boy`s at the club ,one of them just set new track record down Barham with BD, asphalt), the other races with Dave spashett cos he is dave`s pit man @ worlds & wot not ,so he can drive fast aswell (well underated this guy)

Memo
tamiya springs are to soft even the white`s, blue`s are equal to x-ray white`s (17ilb`s), so dark blue front25ilb(blue rear 22ilb will be a good thing by far
just carry`s so much more speed through sweepers/chicanes running the x-ray springs (indoors only this for rubbers/carpet jack the gripper additive

Default Any of you Tamiya guys running the V modified

Lots of belt guys running their yaps about belts. Any of you running your new V's modified??? I am running the car that is like yours (the V is on steroids compared to the Pro4) with the 4.5 and envy all that aluminum Tamiya provides you with. Throw me a friggin bone here.

Can one of you guys try out gearing on one of these...

I want to know what the smallest ratio you can fit in it is. I am not worried about a little filing to the spur gears slots on the upper lower decks to fit bigger gears, or it sticking out the bottom as I always run 6mm ride heights anyway. I want to see if you can get about 20mm rollout on rubbers (10:1 FDR)

cheers

I´ve fitted both a 102 and 104 spur but it requires some filing on the upperdeck. I think 104/19 (13:3 FDR) is the smallest ratio you can run. Both a 102 and 104 spur is sticking out below the chassis but no problems so far.
