mrt mx pro has to be the best and most value for money plus it is fully waterproof and dust proof it also has better fets and on resistance than all the other esc on the market. also the service you get is second to none ive been running mrt esc for ten years now and im yet to blow one up on the race track that is pretty reliable.

As you can see there isn't "one" great ESC...they're are many. If you pick anyone of these you won't go wrong. I have a Tekin and a Novak GTX and I like the both, however the Tekin is the one I'm currently running in my car

Interesting that Hara goes back to using the keyence,

I have been using the keyence Rapida pro for about 6 months, so far I cannot fault it at all.

I have beening running the GTX.
But I really wanted the "Quantum Competition 3", that's "3" not 2. But where is this ESC avail and instock?

got to give the MRT MX Pro my vote, just like Slotmachine and stuey, its the best speedo i have ever owned, and it came at a much cheaper price than all others i have bought. as stuey said, top notch customer service, much better than anything that people like LRP have provided.

I've only recently got into racing but from my experience with cars (and I'm guessing esc's are in the same category), get the one that you can get the best support for. I had a TRF415 but every time I broke something I had to wait 3-4 weeks to get parts, it's why I changed to a Pro 4, parts the next week.

Personally, I'd go to my LHS, see what they sell and how good their support is for an esc and then get it. There's no point getting an esc that you can't get repaired as quickly as possible or worse case scenario, not at all should something go wrong.

Anyway, my 2c.

The speedo in it is definitely a Keyence Rapida Pro!

When he has no Oscar Jansen, he has to use the best speedo.
Exactly!! Keyence Rapida Pro is THE ONE TO HAVE

VFS-1 Pro

No need for the Comp version because you can disable the thermal cutoff anyways
