What is the minimal diameter of a serviceable armature?

I have trued my coms a few times and wonder how much
can you take off until they are no longer serviceable?

What the symptoms of an amature that too worn out?

The standard by which everyone goes by is .27in, althought they can usually be taken down to .265in. If you run them down too low, one of the comm segments will usually come off.

What about the big comm arms that start out at .350"? How low can you go??? I'm specifically interested in a 19t Quad mag motor.
