We run year around here. I live in North Florida, the coldest it gets here 27-28F, and it warms up to around 60 or 70 by mid day.
So I am keeping mine until it falls apart.

im not selling mine for another, i say the same as you, the tc5 may be a cheap associated car but it is just as capable as any other car on the market. parts are cheap but dont break. may not be the greatest looking car and is cheap but can easily stand up to a tamiya 416 or 009.

I'm not selling mine I've race my TC5 for almost a year now from stock to modified to stock again and for some reason I finish all my race even with the bad crash that is bad enough to where when you are driving you will hear the crowd say OWWWW!!!!!! yup and still the TC5 will keep on rolling and finish the race. Yeah it may not be the best one out there because of the slop but I don't care I get my money worth in full 5 minutes of race and I'm happy at the end of the day. That's all it matters to me atleast.

I'm in the market for a TC5 and have talked to a few ppl about the TC5 cars they are selling. The most common answer is the lack of a place to race touring cars. Many tracks are closing down.
In my area however, there is a buzz about a new track opening up large enough for touring. So looks like I'm gonna take another shot at TC racing this winter.

Ok, that makes more sense but still why? It cant be too expensive tio replace the plastic piece if you somehow stripped it out...

its so it doesnt strip, might be lighter, probably straighter and is just plain bling. obviously not necessary.
