I thoroughly believe that this change has come about due to the United States not treating China as an enemy, but a friend. We toppled the Soviet Union through economic warfare, we're changing China through friendship.

I honestly love the Asian people and sincerely hope that one day China embraces a form of representative Democracy.

Not buying products just because they're "Made in China" doesn't bring us any closer to that goal.
Well said Soviet. And if you think about it. Nobody here in the States wants to work for $1.50 an hour. We're all lucky that some parts of the world would work for peanuts so we can have whats on the shelves. Think how empty your home would be of nessessities if things weren't made overseas. Little things that we take for granted would cost way to much for the average person to have. And just because items are made overseas doesn't mean it wasn't designed and spec'd here ... or even in Slavokia.

I love my Xrays, Kyoshos, Mugen... and I don't dismiss the fact that some parts were actually fabricated in China or where ever to help keep the price of kits and parts down.

It's a worldwide manufacturing ECOSYSTEM. And I'd love to see AE make a huge comeback in the touring world and get back there old factory guys. It'll just help keep everyone on their toes. They know who and what they are competing against. So they know what they need to do. Bring it AE!

This is one of those cyclical threads. Every so often someone posts about this "rumor."

Oh so there's an ongoing thread for this rumor here too? Interesting. Wake me up when someone's got something more credible than "I heard it somewhere, oh yeah and I also heard that Lucas is going to make episodes 7, 8, and 9 next year!".
