a little off subject here but I am having a problem blowing my right rear tire off the wheel. i am using jaco green ruberz all the way around and the car sticks like glue on hard corners i love the way it is handeling but the right rear tire about half way through a 7 min race will dismount and it is only the right rear. the strange thing is there are more left turns then right so it is not that it is unloading. anyone seen this before?

Needing some help selecting a low profile servo for the tc5r. I tried to do a search for servo on this thread but could not find anything. I find that hard to believe but anyways let me know what people are using that is light weight yet best performance.

Raven, inside or outside of the tire is coming off the wheel?

I have seen situation's where a tire would not stay glued to the wheel no matter what glue was used. The guy kept putting it back together but by the end of the run it came off again. With that said, try running it in the front and see if it does the same thing. If it does then it is the tire. If it doesn't then there must be something coming in contact with the tire (body?) during cornering.

DISCLAIMER: I'm a noobie, so take this all with a grain of salt.

If there are more heavy left turns than right, the right side should be bearing the brunt of the load on those turns.

You mention that the car sticks like glue. Perhaps you could stiffen the suspension a tad to dial out a little bit of traction in order to save your tires?

The de-mold agent was not properly washed off the rim or tire before gluing. It should not be coming apart no matter how much abuse it's taking.

Open question to anyone who'd like to answer...

How do you find the TC5R compares to other cars, eg Xray, 416 etc on asphalt

I believe the TC5R To be the quickest car for 10.5, superstock class and i have had all three cars. however in modified i would get an xray. parts quality and durability are second to none. Just my opinion

i run 13.5 and the main compatition i have is from a 416, fko5, and a corally rdx. but the tc5 will hang with the best of them i gues it is all going to depend on the driver. as far as mod i have friends running 8.5 tekin motors in there xray's and they can not keep rear belts in them.
