hey guys do any of you use motor cooling fans and if so which ones. i currently have the coolcan fan but i dont like the way it mounts to the top deck especially if i want to use the topdeck o-rings. i see alot of cars without fans and was wondering how necessary it really is thanx

yeah just like robk said use ur ride height to get u close then use your scale to dial the car i think balance is way more important than ride height just my opinion but u got it

Can someone give me a link to some stronge BallCups?

The stock ones were ok at first but after a couple hits the rear upper links are bent at the BallCup threads...

I've seen people with after market(they were blue and beefy looking) ones but not sure what Brand or where get 'em!

And do after market ones work with the stock Ball Joint itsel?

The main reason I did it was because I changed to the ITF topdeck, and I could flex the chassis with my hands so much that the pinion and spur would come apart, not much but a little. Someone here expressed concerns about that, and it does seem to be a problem, was OK with the thicker topdeck though.

My car actually seemed to have increased corner speed, but I am not sure that tweaks to flex are significant enough to notice for sure.

would anyone know what losi pistons the factory guys are using on their TC5s? Are the the losi pistons from the older XXXS care or the newer JRXS ones. these cars have different shock designs so was thinking that their diameters will not necessarily be the same. want to make sure i order the right ones. thanks in advance!

Some of the factory drivers here in the Uk have ditched the associated shocks completly and gone over to good old Tamiya TRF's..... Still the best shocks EVER

well to answer ur question the losi pistons are #57 i dont use them but ive seen it on the thread and as far as shocks ft tc4 shocks reliable and work great
