For the asphalt TC5 guys out there...
I ran the "Juho Levanen Worlds" setup yesterday on a large, medium grip track. My car has never been better on tarmac!
The setup is on the AE site.

what are the benefits of the new rear bulkheads other than moving the motor closer to center line? what does it do for the flex of the car?

There is only 2 down sides to using the new bulkheads. 1 is you have to dremel the bulkhead and it then becomes weaker because of the lack of material next to the front screw at the rear of the topdeck on the motor side. 2 you have to take the bulkheads off if you want to change spur. But i have them on my car despite this and wouldnt take them off p.s only broke 1 topdeck with the new bulkheads so its not that bad

There should be no dremeling needed on the bulkhead at all...
The only work needed is the chassis milling to allow the motor to go further in.. and the top desk filing down for the same purpose.
Also you must be hitting things pretty hard to break a topdeck... i've gave mine some pretty decent whacks (including off the track via punching it because it wouldn't handle on track.. ouch.. carbon fibre is sharp) and it's not broke...

A lad on the schumacher forum with a 3.5 did the same and it hasn't done anything to affect how his car has handles...
Can't see why it would be any different for a tc5r... so... do it
