Rick or Tony,

Can you give us a run down on the current set up? Are you useing the new AE Factory Team VCS2 Shock Upgrade Kit? and do we know if that will come standrard on the new TC?

How easy is it to make the adjustment example :Roll center, Rear toe in, Anti squat, Anti dive and Pro squat. I know you have just started wheeling the car so as these set up changes are needed let us know how easy they are.

I will be the first on my block with the new TC when it comes out

Thanks
Kevin Boyle

Juho won the outdoor Finnish National Championship. Look for more details and photos on www.rc10.com

Kevin - I can 99% guarantee that the new kit will come with the VCS2 shocks. They are quite a bit easier to build, maintain and replicate than the old shocks.

The car is really easy to work on. It only takes a couple of minutes to change the toe or roll centers and take the diffs out.

Hey Brent,
Long time no talk.

Great to see such a good result for the new car. And good to see you guys coming on here to give us any info you can.

I am really looking forward to the new car and will be lining up right behind Kevin.

Oh and congratulations Juho.

Cheers
Darren

Direct from the AE site (thanks Brent for the heads up earlier)

Levanen & Team Associated Win Finnish Onroad National Championship

Consisting of eight rounds, four of which are indoors and four outdoors, Team Associated/Reedy/LRP driver Juho Levanen piloted his Associated vehicles to the Finnish Onroad National Championship.

Juho began the season with the Factory Team TC4 and lead the championship throughout the indoor season. As the series moved outdoors, other events required his participation, so he was only able to compete in two of the necessary three rounds. Even with a round missing, Juho was able to secure the championship with a TQ and win at the final event at Tattarisuo in Helsinki using the new prototype Associated belt touring car.

Juho used the Reedy/LRP brushless system at all the events, further proving the capabilities of a brushless motor system.

Look for Juho and the rest of Team Associated at the International Indoor Championships in September at the new South Coast Casino in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada.

Can not Wait

Jay_UK,

I can not speak for AE but IMO no they have not given up the shaft. They list the FT TC4 as being for stock and 19t. I know from years of be an AE fan that they always have spare parts for their kits. So I think you will be able to get part for the TC4 for a while.

The new TC just gives them a new edge in the TC market. I have just seen the photo and what the factory guys have said on the boards. Loooookkkking good.

JuhoL

Great job at the race, can you post your set up?

Thanks

@Kevin, why u want the setup??? i think it cant help u now:-) wait a litle bit, i think janury next year the new car comes on the market. most importent is, that the car is ready for the market and not to early with problems like the Hot Bodies Cyclone ;-)
