Do most people with the original tc5 run the hard or stock on asphalt or do they run the hard on carpet?

Untill I can get the ITF chassis, I will be running the stock 2.5 chassis. I am going to try the orings and washers on the top deck to increase flex. Does anyone remove the top screw holding the motor mount, to increse flex?

It lets the rear of the car flex for added traction.

Thanks but is it a kit option or is it just a trick someone thought of. Basically what kind of o-rings and washers and where to buy them.

If you buy 31144 that is the screw, o-rings, and washers. Otherwise, 5407 is the o-ring, 89229 is the washer and 25201 is the screw.

I belive it is standard on the TC5R.

I put the #2 and #3 pistons side by side but can't tell them apart. What is difference? If I use the same weight oil, what kind of difference will it feel like?

the #3 has a slightly smaller hole, and will feel like a slightly thicker oil- slowing the reaction of the shock and increasing dampening.
