Has anyone tried the Hot Bodies Mazda 6 body? What did you think of it? I have used on a Cyclone before.

As stated before:...the top 3 bodies used for outdoor asphalt by 99% of drivers are: Mazda 6, Mazda speed 6, or DNA 2.

Moore Speed Mazda bodies are in that category. They are really good. Those are the - no need to waste time trying all kinds of bodies. It's all been tested for the past 10 yrs of world racers and those 3 type bodies are really good.

Just get one, and get a good set up for your car, and you should have a great working car.

The Mazda 6 is a stable and good body to drive. The Speed 6 has a more front end bite, I didn't drive the DNA outdoors yet. I really like te looks, but also the driving of the Speed 6.

I Agree that you can't say what a "medium" track it. But normaly were driving ratio's in the stock like 4.7 or 4.5 (Depends on the track). Even 3.9 we have seen on a large track. Your Pinion is then almoste bigger dan then your spur ;-)

This weekend the my TC5 went superB! Drove it to pole position, and first and second final I drove both to first place, with the Speed 6 body. 19T Rubber. The car was awesom fast! I like it, This week my TC5R come in, I'm exited.

Greetings Robert Krens

Try 5.3 to 5.5 This is what I used at a good fast technical track and it was flying.
Also I ran this weekend with a 17.5 on a longer flowing track and ran 3.6 with very fast times and the motor only got up to 162.

for Novak 10.5 on med size tech track 5.3 FDR is good starting point, but you'd wanna get it to around 5.0. After a lot testing from local drivers they're finding out Novak motors like the 4.9-5.0 best on most tracks it appears.

Patterns are a bit different but you can get it to fit with some dremeling of bumper in the front because it is overall longer and wider. My son has a parma ultimate TC4 on his TC5 when the PDub's were unavailable, saved me a ton in right side front blocks.
