i doubt the bars will, but the TC5 should come with some, i think a med front and thin rear? not sure. for rubber tire, you should probably locate some #2 pistons, as well... the kits are #3's.

Anyone looking for spools, here you go: http://shopping.rcmodel.hk/product_i...ducts_id=11507

I order Tamiya parts here all the time. I know Juan Carlos and George P. was looking for one......... Hope this helps.

the pistons are #'ed 1,2,3, with the #1 having the largest holes, the #3 having the smallest. the kit setup is geared more toward foam use, hence the #3s in the kit. most of the rubber setups i have seen had the #2s in them, and my car felt much better after i changed them.

Yeah I think Im going to try my luck. I hold lap record so far. I ran my old setup from the last track and it was glued. My packs are a li flat from not using them for 7 months. I was thinking about switching over to the tc5. I cant get parts for the yokomo at the track.

How is the married life going for you?

Gixxerman, same question...rubber tires on what surface?
Sorry, we are running on a office type carpet!

I have not built the kit yet but will be doing so very soon. I got the only set-up I could find for rubber tires on carpet from Asc's web site, it is Juho Levanen's from the LRP Touring Car Masters race. I was thinking about building the kit based off of his set-up for a starting point.

The ITF top deck will let the car flex a bit more than the stock top deck... Its used for rubber tire racing to help the car create more traction..

When used with the ITF chassis it creates a bit more chassis flex... Its very noticable when both parts are used.
