looks like both pulleys are centered, and the balls are .0935" for each. could be an easy solution. (remember to make new rollout charts for these )

Yeah my belts are super tight on my car as well. I tried to run my rear diff in the lowest possible position and the rear belt was so tight it was tweaking my car. Has anyone else been able to run the rear diff utra low and the belt feel fine tension wise? Has anyone tired to take every other tooth off the belts to soften them up some? I might just try a BD front belt and then wait for the Associated low friction belts but thats not helping me now. What have some of the guys with belt problems tired other then soakin the belt in Oil?
Thanks.

With a mod or 19T motor, the belt should be fine. The stock belt is slightly rigid and does not stretch much. In stock racing I can see where a looser, slightly more pliable belt could be beneficial.
I've been running my TC5 for about 8-weeks now, 13.5 BL, and the belts don't seem to have loosened up much at all.

But isn't the TC5 ROAR National STOCK Champion with the standard belt??

Hi all, has anybody run the tc5 with the stock chassis and top deck with rubber tyres on carpet, then been able to run at the same track with the ITF upper and lower decks fitted? Did you find the car faster per lap, more grip or just generally easier to drive quickly?
I am just curious how much time you can hope to gain for your $70ish dollars or so?

hmm that is interesting. i remember i emailed titanium racing and within 20 mins i got a response from darren. he gave me the information about ordering a spool and i paid through paypal. i received the spool mailed from the uk to california within a week time period. they probably got swamped now with emails.
the tir spool beats my diy spool by a long shot. love it.
best of luck

I have testing a prototype spool from Top racing with very good result. Coming soon.

That looks nice. I changed from a TOP Scythe to the TC5 so I know the quality of TOP Racings stuff, it's usually very good. Please let us know as soon as it is available. It appears the associated ones still havent been made, so this one might become a hot ticket.
Info on where to buy would be good too, once they are released.

I'm very happy with it, very durable and I like it use a pair of plastic cup joint adapter. I will notice here if the spool is available in Hong Kong.
