The battery fits perfectly. No modifications are required to the top deck or bulkheads. If the battery is installed with the wires towards the back, they can be plugged in directly from above. The upper deck will "split" the wires.

There is enough room below the top deck to allow the wires to be soldered to the plug at a 90 degree angle with plenty of room for the wire to run between the battery and the top deck. This is how I prefer to do it.

Let me see what I can come up with. The car is set-up for NiMH but I will try to put the LiPO in and take some pics.

This may be a stretch to ask, don't know where this stands...

But the ~6000 maH plus Orion LIPO I've heard about... any idea how easily it would fit ?

Any LiPo we make in the future will be based around the same maximum dimensions we currently use. It will fit the same as the 4800.

Hey Eric, will EA Motorsports be distributing the TC5? Just figured that if you are running their car that you would sell it as well. Anyways, I got my fingers crossed that they release the TC5 soon. I cant wait to get my hands on one.

Thumbs up

Hey Guy's

maybe one of the team drivers that have some wheel time in this vehical can give me some idea on how the car handels. I have been driving a corally for the past year after many years of running the TC3 and TC4 and I was wondering how this car goes through the corners and how responsive the car is overall, and will I like this car better then the RDX? I'm looking to return to AE, but want some proof that this would be a good way to go. I appreciate all the input

Thanks,
Corey
