Default TIRES

could someone please explain the diff between tire compounds both rubber and foam i will be carpet racing in winter and prob asphalt in summer and would like to be a little more educated on tire compounds so i can choose the right tire and any recomendations on tires would be appriacted. thank you guys are very helpful and very informative...

GREAT THATS WHAT I NEEDED NOW WHAT ABOUT FOAM AND DO DIFF TIRES HAVE DIFF GRIP CHARISTICS ON DIFF SURFACES....

COOL THANKS WHAT ABOUT LIKE DOUBLE PINKS AND SUCH AND DO THOSE NUMBERS APPLY TO RUBBER TIRES AS WELL AND IS THERE DIFF GRIP TIRES...THANKS ALOT
