stock motor ?
 
i am woundering . my friends and i are doing a little racing this weekend and i have a spare armature. i have heard of advancing the timing on the armature. but how is this done. they have bearings in their motors can , but i want more of an edge. hehe...
does anyone know how this trick is done ? if so please reply on how. or P.M. me !!!!

You will not be able to advance the timing on a stock motor. You can only change timing on a motor that has adjustable timing. to find out, loosen the screws on top the endbell. the ones between the two tabs. Now try to turn the endbell counter-clockwise. If it moves only go about .050 of an inch. I think thats about 10 degrees.

lou-lou what you thinking?:lol: just twist it, the armature, not the endbell:sneaky: i wouldn't recommend it but some poeple do it:rolleyes: i'll keep my motors legal thank you!
