Eric try cycling a pack on someone elses machine.. If the pack shows better. then you know for sure if it is your machine... make sure all your settings are right to.. I used a buddies once and had a similar expirience.. All my race packs with lables at 1.15 were comming up the same as my 1.18 team packs.. these were 3300's..
Corey Heft re set the functions to how he sets his and they then read properly.. Also what software do you have?? I know there has been some updates.. I dont know what they do as far as settings, but maybe you need them..
CE chargers seem to do some odd things when there is a problem.. Sonme stuff is annoying, andhard to spot as a problem..

I don't believe you will ever be able to duplicate the exact number given by any matcher when you try and use your own GFX. It would be impossible to match and/or know the conditions such as temperature when the cells were originally matched.
Just a thought.
Either way if you contact CE they have always been very helpful with any problems.

cool thanks for the answers guys.
I think I will just do the test on another machine and see what happens.

Another thing I forgot about is, all my packs are over 400, some as high as 417 runtime. That would exlplain why the voltage would read lower than a 380 runtime pack.
sometimes i dont think, lol
