Default Need feedback on Spektrum Telemetry

Looking for some feedback before I purchase it, also really wonder why Horizon has offered a buy back to dealers also as mentioned on Spektrum website.

my friend has one, never uses it. whats the point? to moniter voltage of the packs? you can do that with your discharger... the rpm meter is hard to make work...

the only thing i want from it is the lap timer.

For electric it junk, I bought one. It should work good in my nitro truck, it will let you know if your engine is getting to warm or if your battery voltage. I would not buy it for electric but it might help with nitro.
