I'm not sure it is a struggle, since i got my jrxs i had had much less work geting the car good, yes i know i am no where near as fast as Billy, but up untill recently i had no commitment to a car company, and i drove an aweful lot of different cars before plunking down the cash on what i have now.

Look at it this way, if a driver makes the car hit a pipe, does it matter how fast the car WAS going...

Probably just depends on his contract with Trinity. Two different companies. Just because he was driving for Losi doesn't mean he HAD to drive for Trinity. (Unless there was a clause in one or both contracts. Which I guess is possible.)

I talked to Billy today and asked if he was going to be practicing today, and he said he didn't have a car to run yet. The Yokomo he was working on last week was not his, I don't think he had seen their latest car up close. I know he never ran that car because the track had just been changed.

And I don't think he has a contract with Yokomo, he is kind of a privateer at this point.

Hey Doug,

Why didn't you race last weekend at the Chi-town shootout? It was a blast

bro billy knows what he's doing . It's always about money. Why do you think he switched teams like 10 times in the 2 years.

Billy wants to race all of the big races overseas, and Losi doesn't attend all of them (nobody does), it is just too expensive. I don't think he is receiving a salary anymore so if definitely wasn't about the money.
