Well, I do.
Adjust the voltage drop to .02v to prevent the cells from getting hot - they will get warm.
Discharge as per normal down to .9v per cell.

I have the Turbo 30 Turbo Flex (9 button) and I charge mine at .03v with no problems that charger has a 3800 limit if you have the Turbo 30 (5 buttons ) I believe that its only a 3000 limit or 3300 limit

I charge with a .03 drop on 3800 IBs and .05 on 3800 IPs otherwise they don't quite peak. If the charger hasn't had the program upgrade it will shut-off charge at 3000mah.

I am not too sure about the Turbo 30. I know I had to have the software in my Turbo 35 updated for the larger capacity batteries. I think it will go to 6000 or 7000 mah. Before the update I believe it would peak at 4000 mah.

Oh yeah I have a friend with the 5 buttons. I have started using the peak 1 peak 2 method to see if that will push the mah up past 3800 using smaller drop for the second peak.
