ICE Charger Question
 

Hey all, just started usin my ICE, and have encountered a few problems. One, it is always gettin rly hot, what gives? and when is the fan supposed to turn on? the ICE gets rly hot, and the fan never clicks on, is there somewhere i'm supposed to turn it on?

wow, nevermind, this thing is "ICE" (haha) cold with this fan, hehe.

its always good idea to have the fan on all the time. and keep it out of the sun. mine blew a few FETS coz i left it in sun and was discharging on a 90+deg day. doh :blush:

Yeah, I guess mine came with the fan on as default. I never turned it on, but it runs and the charger does not get hot at all.

i found that mine was on automatic, and it just never would turn on.

when its on auto, it only comes on when it discharges.

ok. Funny thing is though, i was discharging. Fan isn't too loud either, i like that.

another question, I have a set of Peak Racing 1800mAh 6 cell 7.2 packs. One why won't they discharge father than 4.9? it says "cut off voltage", any clue?

To answer your question you have the discharge set to stop at 4.9 volts.
