T.O.P. Tyres/Inserts
Hey Guys,
At my local hobby store here in Australia, we've just got in some T.O.P. Tyres and inserts and I was just wondering if anybody had any information on them at all? The type that I got are NoMark V32s (NM-014V32) with some inserts which I can't remember exactly the name.
Has anyone got any information on this brand of tyre with info about track temperature, track condition, etc, as well as what their findings have been with these tyres??
On their website, its very limited and by the sounds of it, they are good for Med-High bite asphalt racing (my tyres in particular) but thats the only information I can find on them.
Any information would be helpful. I will be trying them out soon and I am curious to see how they go.

L series is for p-lot racing. L10s or L20s work well with med inserts.
H series is for permanent asphalt tracks. H10s and H20s work well with soft, thin, or medium inserts.
Don't know about V32s.
Long wearing tires.
Philip from Kenon hobbies has the info..if he sees this...

I believe that the V-series is the same as the H-series, because if you have a look at the site in both english, then in Japanese, there are different part numbers for what look like the same tyres when translated. A bit confusing for sure, but I'd particularly be keen to find out about the temperature band that the tyres should be used in.

hey simon,
Zenkins got some of the top tyres sent over a while ago (maybe 6mounths to a year) and hau myself and zenkins used the hot 32's and the cooler weather compound. They work very well, felt very similar to sorex when new but didnt seem to hold there grip after a club day or two.

Hey Guys,
I ran my TOP NoMark V32s for the first time tonight at a club meet at Boronia and the car worked very well with them actually. The rear of the car was really really hooked up, a little too well though. I had quite a lot of understeer compared to normal so they certainly behaved differently, but the wear rate is pretty good on them. With some setup changes, they worked quite nicely, albeit with a bit of a push still. Got 3/3 wins with them so can't complain too much.
Looking forward to seeing what they are like after a few more club meets and seeing how long they last.
