FRP is heavier than carbon fiber by some margin so i guess that's normal.

My question is: what kind of magic does xray pull off on t4 19? 471g is nuts.

Trying to work that out... The standard car does come with fair bit of plastic (outdrives, steering arms etc)

For club racing where weight inspection is non-existent I think we know what chassis to use

I shall try to get a dry vbc D10 weight this week.
My AMX A800xah evo needs a huge amount of ballast. This thread confirms that it is indeed very light. I have brass plates under the battery and under the electronics and servo, plus 62g in front of the steering, 10g in the bumper, 35g stiffener, 10g behind the lipo.

That's alot of weight added: a tungsten chassis might be the wave of the future to further lower the CG in place of all these add on weights, although magnesium chassis seem to be hot right now....

Lol Bert, tungsten chassis will never happen. 1- it would weigh 500 grams, 2 it's brittle like glass, 3-have you ever tried to cut the stuff ? It's insanely hard.. not machinable

Spring steel chassis maybe? T45? Tungsten would be a horrible choice whatever the weight!

Also, list updated!
