Novak GTB 6.5 Brushless Question

If I turn off my radio before the GTB or get a glitch. My GTB goes full throttle forward everytime. Normally, on my other speed controllers it would stop if I lose the radio signal. This is normal for the GTB? Did I missed some settings?

What kind of radio do you have? If it's DSM, then there might be something wrong with yor GTB. If you're running FM or AM, then you might just be experienceing interference.

If that's your only issue, then don't turn your radio off first, turn the car off first...

I am running a FM radio (actually a 3pj in PPM mode for an novak FM receiver). I check for glitch...and it happen in all my other car as well. But when I use my other speed controller it doesnt happen.

Do I need a Failsafe? I usually turn off my Speed control before the radio, but just worry if I get a glitch and the car would go full throttle into something.

Sounds strange, my gtb / spektrum just shuts off when the radio is turned off.

Hmm, this happened to me by accident the other day and when I shut my radio off my gtb went full throttle also. I was using my non-dsm radio.

I have mine set up to fail safe with my spektrum and I never had a problem with the GTB ,anyways you should always turn off the car first then the radio.

Yes, turning off the radio before the car is a cardinal sin. With the 2.4 Ghz systems and fail-safe systems, I think the new generation is getting spoiled.
