Yes Josh does run Peak motors, but still uses SMC batteries. He laid it down in 1/12th mod oval. I think that might be the first oval race Peak has ever won, not sure.

I think Rick has wheeled an oval whip once or twice in the past.

Yes it is absolutely legit. I talked to his dad for quite a while Saturday night and got all the particulars about what's going on. I'm not going to go into detail, but if you do make donations to the site, add in your full name and address. If things work out in their favor, Jerry said he'll try to return everything to the people who donated it. He also said that the main thing everyone needs to do is tell Ernie Provetti to just let it go and let Josh get on with his life.

Ernie Provetti, be a man and let the kid live his life. Don't you have enough already?

Is it really worth it? Seems like an awfull lot of aggravation just to "get" someone. Life is just too short.

its too bad people(insert name here) have short term memory. Josh along with David carried Trinity on their backs for many years. i don't know all the particulers..don't care, none of my business...but nobody deserves this. certainly not Josh Cyrul and his family.

Just drop it Ernie. your street credit isn't very good. if this continues you may not have any at all.

Thumbs down

Question....

Why do you think I am suing Josh? Because I have nothing better to do? Could it be...just possible that Josh possibly started his own business while Trinity was paying him?

Before you guys send in all of your HARD EARNED money......to Josh's parents...you may want to ask them if they know that I and Trinity tried to settle this case twice...the last time being.....about 3 weeks ago. I was on my way to Detroit......to sign the contract.

Oh..that's right. Then Josh changed his mind...and did not want to sign a contract. He wanted an "agreement among friends" like the one he had with TrueSpeed.

Its up to you guys what you want to do.....contribute or not...it is up to you and basically will not make a difference in this case...either way. I just want you all to KNOW...this case could have been settled a LONG TIME AGO....and by the way....I HAVE TO PAY MY LEGAL BILLS....and my father taught me a long time ago...."right from wrong" and how "to be a man and live up to my responsibilities"

Good evening and this will be my last response on this subject...

If people want to send me $50 I guess I could send them all the court documents like Josh's mother is doing and I will also send in a few emails concerning Josh's willingness and agreement to settle this case.....which were all withdrawn a few days later. Guess running A MONEY MAKING DEFENSE FUND AGAINST ME...sounded like a much better deal
