I let the earlier thread go on to the point that nothing productive was happening with it and before it got (any more) nasty I cut it off.

I realize this is a "hot topic" that people want to talk about, if I change my mind I will open it back up. But for now I would appreciate no further threads on this. I do not like closing active threads any more than you all like it, but I don't think an open discussion of a pending legal case is in our best interest to host here.
