I let the earlier thread go on to the point that nothing productive was happening with it and before it got (any more) nasty I cut it off.

I realize this is a "hot topic" that people want to talk about, if I change my mind I will open it back up. But for now I would appreciate no further threads on this. I do not like closing active threads any more than you all like it, but I don't think an open discussion of a pending legal case is in our best interest to host here.

To answer questions that may or may not have been answered, yes the website is real, no it was not created by Josh himself, no it is not a scam. I suggest using the Contact information on the site if you would like more information about it.
