Default Rear toe-in carriers...

Do the rear toe-in carrier add 1 or 2 degrees per wheel, or per axle?

I thought it was per axle, but I just fitted the 2 degree versions on my BC buggy and the toe-in is way more than I expected (roughly measured at 4 degrees per wheel).

Per side... There should already 1 deg of rear toe built into the rear bulkhead, add 2 deg rear hubs and you have 3 degrees of toe-in.

Anyone have the part number for the stock rear hub carriers in the Yoke SP kit? What to in if any are those hub carriers?

This is one thing I don't like about Yokomo, they don't have any damn part numbers in my SP instruction manual. It is a pain in the rear when I want to order a few things and then I have to search the websites til I possibly find the part I'm looking for. They need to do a better job of that.

Thanks
Brian

Wyd... sorry no part no. but they are 2 degree toe in.

I ran the yok finally saturday ... in 3 heats, I got a 1st and 2 seconds in my heat and finished 4th in the main ( I think there were a total of 11 stock sedan racers) I never got to try the front ball diff, it never went together..... but I did just fine with the oneway diff. All that stuff they say about oneways being hard to control... its a bunch of baloney if a rookie like me could handle it

Hey thanks Mo. I was just getting ready to check out your site and the Yoke site. I like that Barney theme and then the shooting of him on your site. Man I was busting a gut when I heard that. I played it for my wife and she was cracking up as well.

Hi guys. Greetings from Malta.

Just an update of yesterday's results.

I ended up 2nd in both finals in stock, beat by a TC3. He had so much more speed. My car was handling OK but I just couldn't do the times, so it must be down to speed. Pity.

It leaves me with just a 1 point lead in the championship!

Son Josh did great in mod winning both finals with his TC3.

Regards

Joe from sunny Malta.

Hi Guys,

We updated our website and added the new Yokomo Low-Friction shocks for the MR-4TC. Check them out! These are suppose to be one of the smoothest shocks on the market with easier access to the cartridges.

Man it is slow on the Yoke thread the last few days. I think it is because everyones Yokes are dialed and work perfect.

I just did the rear ball stud setup on my Yoke this week. Very easy to do. I was going to do the front but if I do I will have trouble using the standard width foams as they rub. I don't want to use those JAco 24mm foams as the 28mm are alot better in ever catagory.

The only complaint I can really say about the Yoke SP is that it is really made to run 24mm rubber tires and the slop in the ball ends. I know of alot of other touring sadans with this problem, the 414M2 rubs the inline ball ends, the TC3 rubs the bottom of the shock ends, and XXXS rubs as well. My buddy gets the dremel out on his Losi but it is a pain in the a$$.

It is really a minor complaint overall the whole scheme of things. I just would like for the Yoke and others to know that not everyone runs rubber tires.

Hi guys. Greetings from Malta.

More Yoke results.

I had another stock win yesterday, with another Yoke in 3rd place.

Who said the MR4 is dead!

Regards

Joe from sunny Malta.

In the State Carpet Champs I got the 5th spot in the expert stock A main and finished 6th overall and this was only my 2nd race Before I ever raced it, I threw a setup on it and since then I havent touched it... what lucky guessing I did I liked rubber tires alot, I dont think I'll ever run foams unless its mod

007Yoshi does your local track let you run foams and what surface do you run on? Glad the Yoke is dialed for you.

John I expect a little better from you!!!!! Only 2 firsts and a 2nd place in 3 weeks, I want three wins in a row!!!!!
