Default 2 gears for b6 gear diff?

I've seen a lot of setups using 2 gears instead of 4 in the b6 gear diff. I know it's for less rotating mass, but is the change noticeable?

I don't wanna grenade by diff. Currently running 4k in the diff

Thanks in advance.

I ran 2 gears in my Kyosho and it was night and day difference vs 4! Way more free and not as sketchy. That is until I got a ball diff which I prefer on clay.
