I received a pre-production kit earlier this year and raced it for 6 months. It is a good car and is very durable

It is the "Black Edition" ecar. It is called the gray Edition because it is the Black Edition suspension on the White Edition chassis on the e-car the chassis layout did not change but with the addition of the black Version suspension then it became the gray

Default Rear Shox

Just finished building my Gray Edition. Build went pretty good with no parts missing, easy to read manual, but had an issue with the motor mount. Emailed JQ and a new was sent in the mail. Only other issue I am having is with the rear shocks. Built with zero rebound, stock pistons\springs and 32.5 associated oil. Issue happens when I press the wing down, the buggy will get stuck on the rebound sitting about 10mm from the ground. Able to set ride height with no problem. No binding when I press the wheel up. Thoughts??

Maybe you over tightened the nut on the shock piston and smashed it causing it to rub inside the shock body

do the shocks move freely when not mounted to the vehicle? Someone mentioned this to me on another vehicle that the nut holding the upper shock cap to the tower was too tight, causing an odd angle and slight binding. You can try loosening up the nuts and see if it moves freely then.
