Default Hinge Pins

Anyone ever make hinge pins out of Titanium Rods, something like this

1pcs Titanium Ti Grade 5 Gr.5 GR5 Metal Rod Diameter 4 mm, Length 50cm | eBay

If so what did you use to cut it

Yes, Lusford and others have been doing it for years. They are lighter , but bend
easier. There also less likely to corrode.

LOL, no, I know Lunsford makes em, I have some. I was wondering if anyone makes their own out of bar stock

How about drill blanks? My son just used some i bought from McMaster Carr. No more bending
