Default Removing Tire Leftover Bits and Pieces

I know there are numerous threads on removing tires so the wheel may be reused... But what about a wheel that looks like the attached picture?

What's the best way to get those final little pieces off?

I like to leave it in a sealed tub for approximately 3 days. It peels off like butter and cleaning/prepping the rim is easier.

I do the same then I take them out and when the glue dries use a wire brush to remove the leftover bits.
