Sorry if it's been asked before, but does the KC come with all four position options? (belts and chassis braces). Michal got a great holeshot in one of those races-fwd traction didn't look to be an issue!

Yep. The kit comes with all the parts required for converting between positions 1-4. It also has all the parts required for reversing the rear shocks from back to front mounted.

Sorry I didn't see your post.

I'll be racing on both. We have high bite dirt and a carpet track here.

Is there a change to the belts used on the KC? For example:

KF and KF2 113T belt:
U4474 4mm Bando Belt 113T - Cougar KF

KC 113T (position 1) belt:
U7075 Bando 113T x 4mm Belt - Cougar KC

That would be great. If possible, it would be helpful to know the difference between the ball diff outputs used on the KC and the KD.

According to the KC and KD manuals and exploded diagrams, the ball differentials of both kits use the same diff balls and diff washers but different diff outputs.

KC Ball Differential
U3750 Diff Output; Male - Cougar SV
U3751 Diff Output; Female - Cougar SV

KD Ball Differential
U4005 Diff Output; Female - Cougar SV2
U4006 Diff Output; Male - Cougar SV2

Is there an offset or some other difference (e.g. bearing post length, outdrive length) between these two different sets of diff outputs?

Yes the belts are different for the KC.

The outdrives are different lengths...

Thank you for verifying the differences. Any idea what changed with the belts? Based on the exploded diagrams, both the KF2 and the KC use the same 20T pulley (U4677).

Also interesting that specific outdrives are required given the common parts between the KC and KD.
