Default Wing angle vs trimming?

Can someone school me on the tuning differences in rear wing angle vs the different cutting options on the wing? Ie a full wing at zero angle vs a trimmed down one at say 6 degrees?

A full wing full downforce lots of drag though jumps more level on bigger tracks it will slow you down to much. The more you cut off the less drag and downforce i cut my down all the way .

Angled more forward more downforce jumps nose down more . Angled back more jumps more level better less downforce and grip.
