Durangos center diff holder is a sad story of it's own. Quality wise not on the same planet which is evident in pricing of course.

Not a fan of that motor mount at all. I'm not liking the battery tray / strap either. All of my packs have the balance leads coming out of the center. I don't like the idea of having a carbon plate right on top of the wires. I thought the pack might lay in on their side but it looks like the corners of the battery tray will be in the way of wiring too.

I have concerns with that also. My SMC packs have the power leads on one side and the balance lead on the other. There is only just enough room for a velcro strap to go through so I don't know have much clearance the carbon fibre hold down bracket will have. It looks like it might be ok.

I'm still undecided on the motor mount until I see it IRL. I do like that the E817 has aluminum bits standard like the hubs and servo saver, same as the Sworks S35-2e. Also a decent body and wing is a nice inclusion.

The orange rod running the front bulkhead to the center diff mount is the the front brace. There is a brace from the top back of the diff mount to the rear diff case too, but its hard to see in these pics.

Disappointing. Still a lot of screw to access diffs, stupid pre-weakened nitro body, barely adjustable L-R weight distribution, no usable pics about the motor mount, no manual...
The geometry may be good, but can't know that without trying, and even if it is good that's not enough.
