Anyone use the Hudy Setup System for 1/10 off-road?

So guys I have a small tip for you all especially with the XRAY XB4 and XB2.
Many people say don't get the Hudy setup system for 1/10 theres too much slop. I also noticed some slop in my XB4.
HOWEVER, I tried some aluminum ball stud washers instead of the plastic washers that go on the hinge pins and suspension arms. I also saw some team drivers do this.
WOW what a difference. My car went from having more slop than I would have thought to NO slop. This makes the car more consistent, but it also makes setup easier with the hudy system because I now have much less slop. It's actually the same amount of slop that my XB8 has, which is very little.

Is it absolutely nescessary that you have to use a Hudy decal sheet on your setup board to make adjustments?
