Is ST popular in Europe? In CA, I only see them at 1 track, OCRC. There is always a class there. Twice the turnout of 4wd 1/10 buggy. Don't see them at any other tracks though

I thought their 13.5 class was huge?

It's big on Fridays as far as I can see. It's pretty recent and has grown because of 13.5. Maybe it's bigger now. In any event, ST has always had a lot of people. Seems to be a lot of people's second classes.

ST is non-existent here in the UK. 4wd buggy is HUGE.

+1 . I run a different brand but I can appreciate it when you have someone close to the going on's about the vehicles. I thought we were going to get that now that there is no Pro team based on what was put out there by the company, but alas, such is not the case.

Hopefully we see some STs out this way as I know some guys who like the XB2 buggy and the wheeler as well.

Hi Bent, thanks for the updates. I am very interested. I also love to see how xray handles projects.
In my real job I'm involved in engineering launching new products sold all over the world.
We have a very strong NPI (new product introduction) process involving 5 stage gates. Does xray use such a process for new products? I see xray has several projects on the go all the time with yearly updates on multiple platforms so there must be a very strong project management in process.

We go through validation builds and the. Manufacturing validation builds. Also the amount of money that goes into tooling for a new product is a huge consideration. We also go through failure effect mode analysis on all new content.

Just got an XB2 and I have been running an XB4. So looking forward to the new stadium truck.

I'm excited to see what XT2 will offer. Hopefully they'll address the lack of rear droop our XB2's have out of the box and find a solid design instead on releasing longer shock ends as a patch.

isn't that easily addressed with the longer shock ends? i dont see it really as a problemo. i run on med-high bite clay and astro and carpet and i dont even need to add any droop, but im sure on lower bite bumpier surfaces, the shock ends would do the trick.

I hope so. I just picked up a set of longer rod ends for my XB2. I'm hoping for good results on the next race with it.

ST is also popular at LRH. Not just OC/RC.
