Tried 45-40 (up from 37.5-30) oil this weekend and it was money! Tried 55-50 and it wasn't as good.

I just wanna say wow! I have the V2 in my Rc8B3E 6 hole 1.3 40/35 oils. Buggy was amazing eat the bumps up no problems. Buggy jumps better also lands so smooth very stable. I'm very happy with Pistons I highly recommend them to anyone.

That's awesome! Usually that's all it takes is going up a little. Glad you like them!

Depending on the track surface you will be running on, I'd recommend 6 or 8 hole in medium pack. If the surface will be a bit smoother, try the 6 hole. If the surface is a bit rougher, try the 8 hole.

RC8B3 and RC8B3e. 102deg to start, then down to 85 or so by the time the mains ran. That was with the 8X1.3 V2 pistons on a really rough, low grip track.

I would like to share my recent experience with VRP. First off i run their pistons in all of my cars. So I purchased 2 AE b6d's and need the vrp pistons for the cars. We have a big trophy race this weekend so I really wanted to install the pistons before the race. I messaged VRP via Facebook yesterday around 1Pm , received a reply within minutes and was told to email Mike via website. Did that and got a phone call within 2 hours of the email basically tell me to place the order and they will make it happen. They are located in Texas I believe. Im in New York and the pistons are on the truck scheduled for delivery today. THAT is customer service!!! Thanks to Mike and the crew for the 1 day turnaround.

Had a super fun day racing after be off for 3wks and was trying out some new pistons, the VRP Game Changers for my Agama A215e and really liked how they felt and how much more I could push the car and watch it soak up even more rough. It was nice to see on the first few laps of practice how much you could see the difference in the buggy and how well it improved and was on rails

Last edited by snwchris; 07-18-2016 at 05:12 AM. Reason: added buggy info

Yes, The kyosho pistons will fit the older RC8.2 buggy. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to make it to Flowood or not yet.
